guess who?

He worked as a ballroom dancer before beginning in film.

He was billed as the "Latin from Manhattan".

He proved himself a versatile star in a variety of roles in a career as an actor, dancer and comedian that lasted nearly 60 years.

He believed that to live well one must dress well - and never in the same outfit. His closets held 30 tuxedos, 200 sports jackets, and 500 suits.

After a recurring role on a 60s sitcom, he was often stopped on the street to chuckle and giggle.

He got a shout-out in the movie While You Were Sleeping.

I don't know that I've ever seen a movie with him in it, except for the shout out. Do you have any recommendations?

Cesar Romero. I had no idea that he was a ballroom dancer! I always remember him as the villain in The Computer Wore Tennis Shoes and the original Ocean's Eleven. I don't know how I would feel about him being the good guy. ;) Looking at IMDB, he has done A LOT of work.

I also only knew him as the villian from The Computer Wore Tennis Shoes and Now You See Him, Now You Don't. But he is a fantastic comedian. My recommendations? Weekend in Havana, Springtime in the Rockies, The Beautiful Blonde fron Bashful Bend (if you can find this one, let me know. Hilarious and I still can't figure out why it's not on DVD), and Happy Go Lovely.
