the plot: John Lawless lands a job as the butler of an unconventional millionaire, Anthony J. Drexel Biddle, and his family. His daughter, Cordelia, tires of the unusual antics of her father--especially since it impacts her reputation with the young men around town. Cordelia decides to go off to boarding school and promptly finds the man of her dreams – Angier Duke. Unfortunately, his mother doesn't approve of her, and her father doesn’t approve of Angier. Of course, it’s up to John the butler to save the day.

I'm just spit balling here, but I would assume that it was the actress that got eaten by the alligator. You left out one of the 2 most important parts of the feature film. Boxing and bar fighting. Clearly this blog caters to the femine crowd! ;)

One of my favorite of all time!! I love the chemistry between all these actors and how well the 'get on each other's nerves'. "Well, well, well"...is a great scene!
