the plot: Benjamin Franklin Gates descends from a family of treasure-seekers who've all hunted for the same thing: a treasure hidden by the Founding Fathers after the Revolutionary War. Ben's close to discovering its whereabouts, as is his competition, but the FBI is also not far behind.

I do enjoy this movie. One of my favorite lines comes as they traipse down said creepy tunnel inside the tomb. From one of the bad guys: "How come that never happens to me?"

This movie wouldn't have been as good without Riley. I love his randomness.

Sean Bean does suavely sinister so well. He's a necessary foil to Nicholas Cage's goofiness
